and capture,hold,increase brightness. stretch out-
your open hand watch the fire flies dance and silver moon shineing.

Ansel Adam's ( my favorite photographer)

Ansel Adam’s
Ansel Adam’s was an American photographer as well as an environmentalist. His photo’s caugh,my attention because of his incredible ability he has to take a nature picture and embrace itWith black and white film. Ansel was born February 20, 1902 in San Francisco, California. He passed away April 22, 1984 age 82 In Monterey, California. In September 1983 Ansel was confirmed in his bed for four days after surgery on his leg to remove a tumor. Ansel later passed from a heart attack. Ansel was fascinated with art the beauty in life he then stated “I believe in beauty. I believe in stones and water, air and soil, People and their future and their fait”.  He decided that the purpose of his art from then on weather. Photography or music was to reveal the beauty in others and to inspire them to the same calling. Ansel had many interests such as hiking, Camping and photography. As well as playing the piano he also gave piano Lessons to increase income. In 1927 he published his first portfolio was a complete success made $3,900 and he soon received commercial assignments. Ansel Adams received a number of awards. Adams received a doctor of arts for both Harvard and Yale universities.  I love his work in such photos as Tenaya Creek, Spring Rain it’s beautiful how the black and white color makes the image pop. As well as shows the beauty of the nature. Ansel Adams used his work to promote many goals of the sierra club and of the nascent environment movement, he always insisted that as far as his photographs were concerned “beauty comes first”. These images are still very popular in calendars, posters and books. Ansel’s photos The Tetons and the Snake River were selected to convey information about plants, humans and animals and features of the earth to possible alien civilization. These photos were eloquently mirroring his favorite saying, a Gaelic mantra, which states "I know that I am one with beauty and that my comrades are one. Let our souls be mountains, Let our spirits be stars, Let our hearts be worlds.

Rose and driftwood,1938 "We must remember that a photograph can hold just as much as we put into it, and no one has ever approached the full possibilities of the medium" Ansel Adams.

Tenaya Creek, Spring Rain 1948 " I'm ready to make a photograph, I think I quite obviouly see in my mind’s eye something that is not literally there in the true meaning of the word. I'm interested in something which is built up from within, rather than just extracted from without"
Oak Tree, Sunset City, 1932 “A true photograph need not be explained, nor can it be contained in words” Ansel Adams
